We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for telco, media and technology: mobile and broadband operators, streaming and media brands, and technology platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for an operator, a media brand or a platform, and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in.

Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for operators, media brands and technology platforms. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing.

These are subscription businesses, so the agent is part of the commercial relationship and not only the support queue: activating a new subscriber, fixing a service problem before the customer calls, keeping a customer who is one minute from leaving. They also run at a volume and with peaks that most industries never see, which makes scale and latency a product problem here and not an infrastructure footnote.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's telco, media and technology solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog.

  • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for customers in these industries, input from the field and market research.

  • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D.

  • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale.

  • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior buyers at operators, media brands and platforms.

  • Build a deep understanding of operator and subscription economics, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities.

  • Make the solutions hold up at operator scale: peak events, low-latency voice, proactive outbound, and the local language of every market we sell in. Turn what the vertical needs into clear asks on the HQ product groups and R&D.

  • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health.

  • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership.

  • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software.

  • Experience building products for telecom operators, media or subscription businesses, or technology platforms, or working inside one.

  • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales.

  • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams.

  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.

  • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows.

Advantages

  • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation.

  • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role.

  • Knowledge of core telco and media processes and systems, such as billing and charging, provisioning and activation, number porting, identity, technical support, or subscription and retention.

  • Experience with a product that had to hold up under peak load or in several languages at once.

  • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup.
