You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, AI, and growth teams to build products thatdirectly influence customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Own1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify high-impact opportunities across AI video creation, personalization, and distribution
- Deeply understand customer pain points, use cases, and workflows
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and features
- Work with engineering and AI teams to ship high-quality products fast
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own product lifecycle from idea → launch → iteration
- Track and optimize key metrics: activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Run experiments (A/B tests, funnels) to improve product performance
- Ensure tight feedback loops between users, product, and business teams
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for GTM execution
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management (preferably B2B SaaS / AI / Growth products)
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Bias for action, ownership, and speed
- Experience in AI/ML products, creator tools, or marketing tech
- Background in growth/product-led growth (PLG)
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or SQL
- Build products at the cutting edge of AI and content
- High ownership with direct impact on business growth
- Work closely with founders and leadership team
