The Company
Most companies still plan their supply chains (quantities, mix, allocations, timing, etc.) in spreadsheets or legacy software.
Atomic is rebuilding the brain behind the American supply chain. By tackling operations optimization from first principles with an AI-native stack, we're able to deliver unprecedented results at breakneck speed for our customers.
We're looking for first-principles thinkers who want to write code that drives the physical world.
The Role
All of our software engineers work on the core Atomic planning platform and on customizations for customers. We're hiring full-stack engineers as well as these specialties:
- Data: build automated, efficient, normalized pipelines on top of messy real-world supply chain data to feed our models
- Back End: build the optimization logic and complex models at the core of the product (data science and machine learning experience is a plus)
- Front End: build UIs, reporting apps, and other tools for our customers
- Infrastructure: build massively scalable AWS and custom infrastructure to solve complex problems rapidly
- AI: integrate AI models into the application to optimize plans, deploy customizations rapidly, and help customers interact with plans in real time
